At Name Your Bliss, we strive to make payments and gift certificate purchases as convenient as possible for our clients. Here’s everything you need to know:

Payment Policy

•A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit ensures your reservation and will be applied toward the total cost of your event.

•The remaining balance must be paid in full:

•By the day before your event if using Venmo or credit card, or

•In cash on the day of your event, prior to the start of the party.

Please Note: Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. Events will proceed rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, outdoor activities will be replaced with indoor alternatives to ensure a fun and memorable experience.

Payment Options

1.Venmo

•Payments for gift certificates, deposits, and final payments can all be made through Venmo with no additional fees.

•Simply use our Venmo handle:

2.Credit Card

•We accept credit card payments for gift certificates, deposits, and final payments. However, a 3.5% processing fee will apply for all credit card transactions.

3.Cash

•Cash payments are welcome anytime at the venue.

Gift Certificate Delivery Options

1.Email

• Each gift certificate includes a unique identification number that must be presented for redemption and will be null and void after a single use to prevent duplication or fraud.

2.Pick-Up in Person

•Visit us at 101 Bradford Court Billingsley, Al 36006 to pay and pick up your gift certificates directly.

3.Mail Delivery

•Prefer the convenience of having your gift certificates mailed? No problem! Call us to pay over the phone, and for just a $1 mailing fee, we’ll mail your gift certificates to you.
